YOUR PATIENCE IS REWARDED BY US

As soon as we receive your order, our partnered 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider immediately ships your product directly from their stock to the delivery address you provided. By utilizing a 3PL with strategically located warehouses, we ensure efficient distribution while still offering you the lowest price.

The delivery time may vary depending on your location, but typically takes between 8-12 days. However, this delivery time is balanced by the many benefits such as free shipping, always having track & trace, and the guarantee of excellent, fast customer service.

Shipping The processing time for each order is 1 business day. Allow your order 6 to 15 business days to arrive. If more than 16 days have passed, please email us at info@yofibriut.com to inquire about the status of your order. Refunds, if necessary, will be handled via email.

Return Policy Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not return your purchase to the 3PL or manufacturer; instead, email us for the return address.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@yofibriut.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@yofibriut.com.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to info@yofibriut.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Lost/Missing Packages yofibriut.com is not liable if the wrong address is provided. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If we made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the order and resend it to you at no extra cost.

Tracking Information You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please contact us if you experience any issues with tracking your package.

My tracking says: "No information available at the moment." It usually takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE? We always choose the most sustainable shipping method to reduce CO2 emissions. Therefore, your order may be delivered in multiple parts at different times.
